We use this to verify your request and follow up. Don’t have it? Include the approximate date and app version below. Up to 650 characters. Avoid full conversations, passwords and payment details.

What deletion covers

For a verified report request, we remove the submitted report, its internal review history, its private receipt containing the original submission, and its matching quota reference. A quota record relating to a different report is not removed by deleting this report. The support conversation containing your request is separate; tell us if you also want that conversation deleted after handling the request.

Reports currently have no automatic deletion schedule. We will explain any information that must be retained for legal or security reasons and any delay when replying. This page does not promise immediate or automatic deletion.

Remove data stored on your phone

Your ordinary Nova conversations are processed and stored on your device, not in a ScriptNight cloud conversation database. Delete conversations and saved report drafts in Nova. To remove all app-managed local data, use Android Settings → Apps → Nova → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall Nova. This also removes locally saved access settings.

Exported PDFs, recordings or other files saved outside Nova, cloud-provider copies, and data held separately by Google must be removed through the relevant storage location or service. Removing a local draft does not delete a report already sent to ScriptNight.
